Catch in a Box.
Consistent frozen-bait portions in sealed packs. The machine concept shows shrimp, squid, finger mullet, pilchards, sardines and ballyhoo; the pilot will validate the actual product mix.
07 / FUNDING THE PILOT
We are funding the first operating node and the evidence required to replicate it.
A proposed capital target for the complete pilot—not just the machine. Supplier quotes, host terms and a detailed allocation will determine the final budget.
Discuss pilot capitalThe output: an operating station, a tested cold-chain cycle and measured demand, margins, reliability and restocking costs.
THE INVESTOR OPPORTUNITY / PROPOSED TARGET
The proposal targets $250,000 in cumulative returns over five years for a $50,000 investor contribution. This is a proposed performance target, not a guaranteed payment or a buyout price.
The bigger the net. The bigger the catch. The bigger the return potential. Prove the first node, improve shared-route economics, then expand where the evidence supports it.
Payment timing, return calculation, treatment of original capital and investor rights remain to be agreed. Returns depend on operating performance and available funds; invested capital may be lost.
The proposed structure may hold funds with an independent escrow provider before release against written conditions. Provider, milestones, deadlines, ownership rights and payment terms require agreement. Escrow is not yet established.
The return target is separate from any potential buyout. No buyout amount has been set. After year five, investors could explore exchanging a negotiated buyout for a possible franchise opportunity; availability, eligibility, valuation and terms would be agreed separately. No franchise is promised.
08 / SCALE
Growth follows evidence. Station performance and shared-route economics decide the pace.
Explore the possibility, one stage at a time. These scenes illustrate a planning scenario, not a schedule or promised result.

06 / BRAND & PRODUCT EXPERIENCE
Florida Man gives the distribution system a personality customers can recognize, talk about and return to.
Consistent frozen-bait portions in sealed packs. The machine concept shows shrimp, squid, finger mullet, pilchards, sardines and ballyhoo; the pilot will validate the actual product mix.
Original Florida Man characters, dockside stories and a scenic machine wrap. A little irreverence around a dependable service.
A future compact carton could include a perforated punch-out trading card with original, fictional Florida Man scenes. Packaging, freezer suitability and cards still need development and testing.

THE FLORIDA MAN BRAND MARK / PLACEMENT CONCEPT
A small, repeatable corner stamp ties the machine, Catch in a Box carton, staff gear and lifestyle merchandise together. It is a Florida Man identity line, subject to origin and label review before production.
A durable decal near the selection screen and another at the pickup point.
Keep it away from required product information and the perforated trading card.
Use on proposed packing and route crew apparel, with an optional back print for the community supply message.
Carry the same stamp across merchandise and marketing pieces as they are developed.
Concept art and placement only. Confirm where the bait was sourced and processed before any origin claim on a product label. Imported machinery or packaging must not be represented as made in Florida or the USA.
The brand can help create familiarity and repeat visits. Reliable bait access and the physical operating network remain the foundation.

POSSIBLE STATION EXPANSION / SUBJECT TO VALIDATION
The first station is a frozen-bait pilot. Other products and services are later tests, selected by demand, dispenser compatibility, host terms and applicable rules.
Prepacked hooks, leaders, sinkers, rigs and small tackle kits could be sold from compatible compartments. Branded shirts, stickers and collectibles could be offered through a separate suitable dispenser or pickup channel. Ice and drinks would need their own storage and dispensing design.
A station screen or QR code could direct anglers to FWC’s official license purchase options on their own phone. FWC currently offers online sales, its Fish|Hunt FL app and authorized agents. This concept would help customers find the official path; the bait machine would not itself issue a license.
Direct license sales at a station would require FWC authorization, a supported technical method and safeguards for customer identity and payment data. No approval, agent status, integration or license-sale revenue exists today. Explore this only after the bait pilot proves demand.
PROPOSED MACHINE & PACKAGE MESSAGE
Scan to find FWC’s official purchase options. License requirements and exemptions depend on the angler and fishing activity. Check current saltwater rules, seasons, sizes and bag limits before you fish.
Use this message on the machine and, if legible, on the finger-mullet carton. No personal license information is collected by this QR code.
